Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We pride ourselves on our quick, efficient shipping.  We use FedEx, UPS, and the USPS priority mail services.  Some products, due to their weight, may require common truck carrier (referred to as LTL service).  We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.  We ship Monday through Friday and the majority of our products are shipped out the same day for orders received before 2 PM EST.  Some products require additional handling time and will be stated on the product page.
 
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
 

 

Returns Policy

We have 100% 30 day satisfaction guarantee!  You may return new, unopened items for any reason within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the original purchase price.  Used items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee if the item cannot be sold as new.  Any non-functioning or damaged items will be replaced immediately. You should expect to receive your refund within 7 days of receipt of your package back to our warehouse.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.  You can also contact us in the event that you need to return an item.  We do stand behind and support all of the products that are sold through The EnergyStead and its sister sites.

We apologize, but items are not able to be returned to international customers outside of North America.
