Happy Tomato #ToastTuesday friends! Leftover focaccia makes for the most delicious toast! I put down a healthy layer of @dukes_mayonnaise and topped it with shredded sharp cheddar. I placed it under the broiler until toasty. Then I topped it all with thick slices of heirloom tomatoes from the garden! Lunch doesn’t get better than this!
